E-Commerce

E-commerce that sells. And gets smarter as it runs.

We build online stores that fit your business, on Shopware, Magento or Shopify, with your ERP, your marketplaces and AI features wired in so your team stops keying the same data twice.

The right platform is the one that fits you.

We are not tied to any vendor, only to one goal: a shop system that grows with your business instead of slowing it down. So we give you straight advice on which platform suits your catalogue, your processes and your budget. And where the standard stops, we keep building: custom plugins, bespoke e-commerce solutions, integrations with your ERP, with marketplaces and with payment providers. We start where others tend to stop. We look after merchants across Germany and elsewhere in Europe. And if you would rather sit down together, we come to you.

Shopware

The benchmark for ambitious e-commerce in Germany. Ideal for custom requirements, B2B features and large catalogues. As a Shopware Business Partner we handle shops, migrations from Shopware 5 to 6 and Shopware plugin development for special processes the standard doesn’t cover.

  • B2B & B2C
  • Highly extensible
  • Migration SW5 → SW6

Magento / Adobe Commerce

The enterprise choice for complex, international shop landscapes: multiple countries, catalogues and pricing logics in one system. We develop, optimise and operate existing Magento installations.

  • Enterprise
  • International
  • Complex catalogues

Shopify

The fastest route to a professional store. A great fit for focused catalogues and brands that want to launch without running their own servers: with a clean setup, theme customisation and integrations.

  • Fast launch
  • SaaS
  • D2C brands

E-Commerce × KI

Your shop can do more when it thinks along.

AI isn’t a side module for us, it’s the core business. In a store it pays off wherever it brings in revenue or takes work off your hands:

Product copy on autopilot

Descriptions, translations and SEO texts for thousands of items, in your tone of voice, in minutes instead of months.

Intelligent search & recommendations

Customers find what they mean, even when they typed something else.

Support that answers

AI assistants handle order and product questions around the clock, based on your real data.

Automated catalogue care

Attributes, categories, stock data: AI agents keep your catalogue clean.

From click to parcel: everything connected.

A shop without a proper ERP behind it means somebody keys everything in by hand. A building-supply wholesaler with 12,000 items, three price lists and two marketplaces learns that with the first oversell. We connect your store to the system you already run, whether that is Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, JTL or Vario, and hook up marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. Stock, prices and orders sync on their own.

  • ERP & inventory management: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, JTL, Vario
  • Cloud operation: access from anywhere, daily backups
  • Amazon & eBay connected
  • Interfaces to shipping, payment & accounting

We don’t just build. We operate.

Your store runs on our infrastructure in Frankfurt or on your own servers, monitored, backed up and covered by guaranteed response times when something breaks. Updates, performance and security are part of the deal, not another job on your list.

What this looks like day to day.

Shop projects rarely fail on looks. They fail on what happens after the order is placed. Three starting points we meet again and again.

  • B2B wholesale

Your regular customers have negotiated prices. The shop doesn’t know them, so they keep ordering by email.

We pull customer prices, volume tiers and payment terms straight out of your ERP into the shop, so every customer sees their own terms the moment they log in. Add order templates, reordering from history, and approval limits for buyers with a budget. Your sales desk stops re-typing orders and spends the time where it actually pays.

  • Building supply & industry

The shop says “in stock”, the shelf says otherwise, and the customer only finds out after ordering.

Stock, prices and orders run from one source: your ERP. Shop and marketplaces hang off it, not the other way round. When Amazon sells the last unit, the shop knows minutes later. Data sheets, approvals and installation notes sit on the product where your customers look for them, which happens to be exactly what search engines reward.

  • Brands & direct-to-consumer

The shop runs fine. But every product launch costs two weeks of copywriting in five languages.

Descriptions, variant copy and translations are generated from your product data, in your tone of voice and with your terminology, then signed off by a person. What took a fortnight is done in an afternoon. Your team spends the time on the campaign and the range instead of on copy and paste.

Rebuild, migrate or improve what you have?

Every shop project starts at the same fork in the road, and the expensive answer is the hasty one. Here is how we work out which of the three routes makes commercial sense for you.

Improve what you have

The existing shop stays and gets exactly what it lacks. The cheapest route whenever the foundation still holds.

  • The platform still receives security updates
  • The problems have names: load time, checkout, a missing integration
  • Your team likes working with it and knows their way around

Migrate

Range, customers and history move to a current system. The classic case when jumping from Shopware 5 to 6.

  • The platform is end-of-life or no longer maintained
  • Design and buying journey are fine, only the base is dated
  • Rankings and existing customers must survive the move intact

Rebuild

Structure, processes and interface start fresh. More effort, and the only honest route once the business itself has changed.

  • You are opening a new model, B2B alongside B2C for instance
  • Years of add-ons have grown over the shop
  • The data structure no longer matches the range you sell

In the first conversation we tell you which route we believe in, even when it is the smallest of the three. A shop you didn’t need is not a good project for us either.

Straight answer

When you should ask someone else.

  • When you need a shop for a dozen products and nothing more. There are website builders for that, cheaper than a conversation with us.
  • When price is the only criterion. We build shops that are still maintainable in five years, and that shows in the first quote.
  • When nobody on your side has time. A shop project needs one person who is allowed to decide on range, pricing and process. Without them, we both stand still.

Where we are strong: the point where the standard runs out. Customer-specific pricing, ERP systems that grew over decades, special processes with no plugin to buy. 140+ tools, plugins and software products have come out of exactly those jobs.

How your store goes live.

  1. 1

    Analysis & platform choice

Catalogue, processes, budget: that’s what determines the platform. Not the other way round.

  2. 2

    Concept & design

Buying journeys, structure and a design that matches your brand, not a template.

  3. 3

    Build & migration

Development, data migration and integrations, without losing revenue during the switch.

  4. 4

    Operations & growth

Hosting, updates and continuous development with guaranteed response times.

Common questions from shop projects.

We are still on Shopware 5. What now?

Shopware 5 is no longer developed. We move data, design and processes over to Shopware 6 in an orderly way, without a revenue dip during the switch.

Can you take over our existing store?

Yes. We take over existing Shopware, Magento and Shopify installations including maintenance, development and hosting.

What does a shop project cost?

That depends on platform and scope. Send the project form and you get a first assessment within 24 hours on business days, ballpark figure included.

Does AI work in our existing store?

In most cases, yes. Many AI features can be retrofitted via API without rebuilding the shop.

How long does a shop project take?

A focused shop on a standard base is live within weeks. A B2B project with customer pricing, ERP integration and data migration runs several months. The difference is almost always the number of systems that have to play along, not the number of products.

Will a migration cost us our Google rankings?

Not if the move is prepared. We record every indexed address beforehand, set a permanent redirect from each one to its new home, and carry titles, descriptions and structured data across. A brief wobble in the first weeks is normal; a collapse is not.

Can you connect our ERP, even an older one?

As a rule, yes. We work with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, JTL and Vario, and equally with systems written twenty years ago. Where no interface exists, we build one: file exchange, direct database access, or a small service that translates between the two sides.

Does a B2B shop really need good design?

It needs one thing above all: a short path to the goal. Search that understands part numbers, reordering from history, visible customer pricing. Your buyers order at half past six in the evening, phone in one hand and a delivery note in the other. That is what we design around.

Let’s talk about your store.
