Cloud & Servers
Your infrastructure. Our operations.
A virtual machine in our cloud, a server in your own building: we provision it, configure it, watch it and maintain it, so your systems keep running and your team keeps working.
Virtual machines: provisioned and ready to run.
Need a server for your ERP, a business application or an AI model? For an industrial supplier that’s the VM holding the design data; for an online retailer it’s the one where the ERP crunches numbers overnight. We provision the right virtual machine and hand it over ready for production: operating system, security, backups and monitoring included. Every VM is built for its job, not picked off a bundle list.
- Sized individually for the use case
- Setup incl. OS, hardening & updates
- Automated backups & monitoring
- Located in Germany or the EU
Configuration and price depend on your needs. Just ask, no strings attached.
Hosting you never have to think about.
Websites, online stores and email run on our monitored infrastructure in Frankfurt am Main. Our systems catch problems while they are still small, and when something needs doing, we do it, not you.
- Website, shop & email hosting
- Automated system monitoring
- Daily backups
- Interfaces to your ERP: Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, JTL, Vario
Some data belongs at home.
For sensitive data, special requirements or an AI of your own, we build server infrastructure right on your premises: planning, hardware selection, installation and ongoing remote operations. You keep sovereignty, we do the work. We come on site anywhere in Germany, and for larger builds elsewhere in Europe; everything after that runs remotely.
- Planning & hardware procurement
- On-site setup & configuration
- Remote maintenance & updates in production
- Ideal for on-premise AI
Support with a promise: 8-hour response time.
With a support contract you get one named contact who already knows your systems, not an anonymous hotline queue. We start working on incidents within 8 hours, guaranteed, over remote access to the affected system.
- A dedicated contact who knows your environment
- Guaranteed handling within 8 hours (SLA)
- Remote support via TeamViewer
- Top priority for contract clients
8h
Guaranteed response time (SLA)
Security is our default, not an add-on.
- All systems located in Germany and the EU
- Encrypted connections & hardened servers
- Backup concept with regular restore tests
- GDPR data processing agreement included
Three companies, three requirements.
“Server” means something different in every business. Three situations that show what operations really turn on.
Manufacturing & industry
The design data lives on a machine somebody set up eight years ago, and that somebody left the company long ago.
We survey what is there, document it, and build a clean environment beside it with backup, monitoring and remote maintenance. The move runs in stages, usually one system per weekend, not as one big leap that leaves production standing on Monday morning. We come on site to rack the hardware; everything after that runs remotely.
Online retail
On an ordinary day the server is bored. On campaign day the shop falls over.
We size for the peak rather than the average and keep database, shop and image processing properly apart. Monitoring reacts to rising response times, not to an outage. That usually means we have the problem in hand before the first customer calls. Ahead of a campaign we scale up on plan, and back down afterwards.
Law firms & consultancies
Client data must not leave the building. Your team still works across three offices and from home.
The server stays with you; access runs encrypted through a hardened gateway with a second factor. Backups run daily, and once a quarter we restore one as a test, because a backup that has never been restored is only a hope. We bring the data processing agreement with us.
Who operates what? Three models we offer.
The more useful question than cloud or in-house is usually this: who is responsible when something starts beeping at three in the morning? Cost and peace of mind both follow from the answer.
You operate, we stand by
Your IT holds the wheel. We hand over the environment ready to run and step in when it gets tight.
- You have your own people with server experience
- What you mostly need is extra hands and know-how for edge cases
- Responsibility should visibly stay on your side
We operate together
We take on maintenance, updates and monitoring; your IT keeps access and authority. The most common arrangement in mid-sized companies.
- One or two people do IT alongside their actual job
- Holidays and sick leave should not be an operational risk
- You want a say without doing everything yourself
We operate it all
You say what needs to run. Selection, build, operations, incident response and further development sit with us.
- There is no in-house IT department
- You want one point of contact instead of five contracts
- Availability matters more to you than influence over details
All three models work in the cloud and on servers in your own building alike. The two questions are independent. Whatever we agree goes into the contract in writing: response time, availability, responsibility. So that when something breaks, nobody has to work out whose turn it is.
Straight answer
What you shouldn’t hire us for.
- The cheapest web space on the market. We run monitored environments with a named contact, and that costs more than an offer with neither.
- Desktop support in the sense of printer trouble and forgotten passwords. We look after servers and applications, not day-to-day office IT.
- Hardware resale. We procure as part of a project, but as a supplier without operations we are the wrong call.
What you should hire us for: when a system has to run reliably and you would rather not work out who to ring the moment it doesn’t. This website, incidentally, runs on exactly the infrastructure we are talking about here: its own machine, the same watchdog and the same backup routine your systems would get.
Common questions about operations and hosting.
What does a VM cost?
That depends on performance and purpose. We configure individually and quote a fixed monthly price up front, no hidden costs.
Do you take over existing servers?
Yes. We go through the existing setup, take over operations and modernise step by step. No risky big-bang migration.
What happens if something fails at night or on weekends?
Our monitoring runs around the clock. Response times and on-call coverage are written into your support contract, matched to what your business actually needs.
Cloud or own server: which is better?
It depends on data, applications and budget. We calculate both options transparently and recommend what makes economic sense for you.
What does the 8-hour response time actually mean?
You report an incident, and within 8 working hours a person who knows your environment has started working on it: not an automated acknowledgement, actual work on the case. How fast something is fixed depends on the fault; when we start does not. Different hours and weekend cover are agreed in the contract.
How often do you check that backups work?
Regularly, and by actually restoring to a test system, not by trusting the green tick in the backup log. The most common cause of data loss is not a missing backup but one that has been failing quietly for months.
Where exactly does our data sit?
In Germany or the EU. We agree the location before we start and put it in the data processing agreement. Websites, shops and email run on our infrastructure in Frankfurt am Main. With servers in your own building, the data sits wherever your server room is.
Can we move away again later?
Yes, and we build for that from the start: mainstream systems, documented configuration, your data in formats other people can read too. A provider you cannot leave is not a partner, it is a risk.
