Remote support from Hashfox

You are on the phone with us and we need to look at your computer? You are in the right place. Our TeamViewer module lets us see your screen for as long as you allow it, and not a minute longer.

How it works

1. 1

   Download the Hashfox module with the button. On an iPhone or Android device, the App Store or Google Play opens instead with TeamViewer QuickSupport.

2. 2

   Start the program. On Windows it runs without installing anything.

3. 3

   Read us the ID and password it shows. Only then can we connect, and you can watch everything we do.

4. 4

   Done? Close the window. That ends the connection.
