Results, not promises.

For 13 years we’ve been building digital systems for companies of every size. Here are a few of them, with the part that matters: what came out at the end.

The team behind it

Fifteen names on this wall. Behind them: 13 years, more than 140 tools, plugins and systems shipped, and considerably more clients than have a logo here. Some of them work in fields we don’t discuss publicly. Others know us under someone else’s name, because we built quietly behind agencies and IT houses.

On-premise AI for a wholesale company

Challenge

A mid-sized wholesaler wanted to use AI in daily business, but customer data, calculations and internal documents were not allowed to leave the building.

Solution

Company-owned AI infrastructure on dedicated hardware: an open language model, a custom interface for the team, connected to internal documents, entirely inside their own network.

Result

An AI assistant in daily use, rolled out in a few weeks. Full data sovereignty, no per-seat licence costs, GDPR-compliant.

Shop platform with ERP backbone

Challenge

A growing online business, but stock, marketplaces and shop ran separately. Maintenance effort and errors grew with every channel.

Solution

Shop relaunch with the ERP as the hub: stock, prices and orders sync automatically between shop, Amazon and eBay.

Result

Far less manual maintenance, no more overselling, ready to scale to further channels.

Managed infrastructure for the mid-market

Challenge

A server landscape grown over years, no internal IT resources, uncertainty around updates, backups and outage risk.

Solution

We took over operations: migration to managed VMs, a solid backup concept, monitoring and a support contract with an 8-hour response time.

Result

Predictable IT costs, no unplanned outages since the takeover, one dedicated contact instead of three vendors.

From spreadsheet to real application

Challenge

The company’s most important process lived in a spreadsheet that had grown for years. One person really understood the formulas, and when they were away, the department stalled.

Solution

A dedicated application carrying the same logic, but built for the whole team: role-based access, a full change history, and a link into the ERP. Delivered in stages, each one in use straight away.

Result

Everyone works from the same numbers, every change is traceable, and the knowledge now sits in the software instead of in one person’s head.

Found for what you actually sell

Challenge

A supplier ranked well for its own company name, and barely at all for its actual products. Enquiries came almost exclusively through existing contacts.

Solution

An audit, then the work done inside the website itself rather than handed over as a PDF: structure, content and technical fixes built around the terms buyers really search for. Monthly support with an open report after that.

Result

Visibility for the product topics, not just the brand name, and enquiries that already know what they are asking about.

From our own workshop

What happens when we brief ourselves.

Three products we built, run and use every day. They show how we work better than any list of services can, and what comes out when a project starts from nothing.

PicClean

Clean images sell better.

One product photo needs a white background for Amazon, a different crop for Zalando and a file size your own shop can load in a blink. By hand that costs hours. PicClean cuts out, scales, compresses and captions in a single pass. Five AI models work together for that, locally on your own hardware: no fee per image, and the photos stay in the building. Marketplace requirements come preloaded: pick a preset, drop in the batch, done.

GiroCode API

Scan the invoice, the transfer is filled in.

A QR code on an invoice saves your customer from typing IBAN, amount and reference, and saves your finance team the follow-up call about yet another payment nobody can match. Our REST API generates these GiroCodes to the European EPC069-12 standard, validates the IBAN before it returns anything, and answers in milliseconds, as SVG, PNG or JPG. It plugs in where invoices are created: ERP, shop, invoicing software. Swagger docs, free tier to try it out.

VoxCast

Speak instead of type, and nothing leaves the machine.

Press the hotkey, speak, release: the text lands in whatever window is in front of you, whether that is a mail client, a ticket system or an editor. VoxCast records meetings from Teams, Zoom or Meet including system audio and writes them up. Recognition runs entirely on your own device, in roughly 99 languages, free for Windows. Teams that need it centrally run the recognition on a server inside their own network.

What people ask us about our references.

Why are some projects anonymised?

Because not every client wants to be named, or is allowed to be. Part of our work runs under non-disclosure, another part as quiet subcontracting behind agencies and IT firms, where somebody else’s name ends up on the result. What we may show, we show with the starting point, the solution and the outcome. What we may not, we do not invent.

Can we speak to one of your clients?

In many cases yes. If your plans line up with a live project, we ask there whether a short call is possible. We only make the introduction once a project is real, though. Our clients are not exhibits.

Do you work with smaller companies too?

Yes. The logo wall puts global brands next to local trade businesses, and the projects have more in common than you would expect: there is a process running by hand that ought to run by itself. Your size is not the deciding factor; whether the effort pays off for you is, and we tell you that beforehand.

How long do clients stay with you?

Several for more than a decade, some since the first years after we started in 2013. That is the number we value most: you win a project with a good proposal, but you only reach year ten with good operations.

Do you build products of your own?

Yes: PicClean for automatic product image preparation, the GiroCode API for pay-ready invoices, and VoxCast for dictation without the cloud. We list them separately from client projects because they say different things: one shows who we work for, the other what we build on our own initiative.

Your project could be next.
